Anger is an activity that ruins a happy life in a second. It is the most harmful activity which obtains physically due to tiredness. Anger is very harmful to your happy life and relationship. Anger was the worst thing that happened due to hunger, tired and stress. It harmfully affected your body it put breaks on the growth of your body. When people come in the home after a daily work of the office and other they are full of stressed and if you tell something with him they never try to know the thing they start anger and it was harmful for next day. Today we will discuss how to control anger.

Following thing which helps you to control Anger:-

When anything like good or bad happened in your life emotions comes out from your heart. Also if anything wrong did by anyone or any their was a critical condition due to anyone people start shouting at him.

They don’t try to listen to how it was happening or problems. So always try to control your emotions don’t show anger to anyone without knowing the problems… But sometimes anger is good for people so don’t try to control anger in every moment because they create disturbance in your mind.

Sometimes it’s better to say nothing in a hard situation because it creates a problem. when someone tries to put you down they make an effort to say something wrong and start a fight due to anger. In this situation always try to keep calm and just listen and watch because this positive attitude makes you stronger in front of your haters. If you tell something to these types of people they make you angry. So always try to keep calm in a critical situation because sometimes nothing is better than everything. And in Bhagwat Geeta Lord Krishna said it’s better to listen and hear more than talking.

It was good to spend some time alone for a happy and healthy life. In this busy world, people are full of stress and tired and these things make them angry. Spend some time alone and think about your daily mistakes and anger and try to control them. For spending a time alone comes out from the home move-in garden, walking on the roadside where is minimum sound and also in your terries and try to absorb this natural positivity of environment it makes you healthier and makes you cool.

Daily physical activities can help you to reduce the stress that can cause you to become angry. Daily exercise not help you only for physical health but also make you mentally stronger. If you feel your anger escalating, go for a brisk walk or run or spend time doing some enjoyable physical activities. In maintaining your health and make you mentally prepared for any situation.

It’s important to think you speak with others. Because in the heat of your ego it’s easy to say something with anyone and after some times there was nothing with you except regret. So always take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything. Because you one word broke your years of relationship or friendship. So always take moments before speak when you’re tired.

A solution to thousands of problem also helps you to control anger. Mediation makes you cool and filled your mind with positive and good thoughts. Meditation minimizes your stress and helps you to control your emotions and negative thoughts which ruin your nature. When you meditate on yourself daily it makes your intention more positive and stronger which help you to phase any problem without anger. It was clear that there was no stress in your mind then there are no possibilities to come anger in your mind. So add meditation in your daily activity, meditate yourself and control your thoughts and anger and fill your life with happiness.
