In this busy world, there is a huge number of people who stressed and anxious.

Especially after covid-19 the ratio of unemployment increase very fastly and due to which the number of people who stressed is comet to suicide.

In my last article, I have also discussed that how to reduce anxiety ().

But today we have discussed that how you can change yourself completely especially through exercise.

Firstly we move in a simple step which is a workout. Workout and you can say exercise can fit your body. Exercise helps you to increase or decrease your weight.

But the workout is not only for fit your body. In most of the case, workout can change your life completely.

Do your daily work out. They can attach you with more natural and your life changed very easily.

First, we think about the way we need to change our life. A depressed life is like a person who is in a coma. So if you are depressed and anxious then changing your life is the most important task at that time.

And the workout is the most simple way that attaches you to nature and also provides good fitness to your body.

READ LIFE-CHANGING BOOKS

Read some life-changing books. Read every sentence and think about it. Think about it in a way that makes sense to you.

Take the wisdom you find from the book and use your own words to understand it. Apply it.

To do this. You must eliminate all distraction and spend time with yourself.

No phone. no people. better if in nature. You have to deal with yourself for the rest of your life. Might as well make yourself a best friend rather than an unknown stranger.

Basically in this world. people are too busy and they can’t give time to themselves.

This is the main reason behind any stress and anxiety.

When you awake see the mirror and tell me this the last day of your life so whatever I AM doing do today only.

This is not mean to work this is basically giving time to yourself giving 1 hour to yourself in the morning and you see the result after 2 months you realize that your whole life is changed.

Today’s youth are very typical. They made their life more difficult than they have.
