Sugar harmfully affected your body. Some people think sugar is important for health they have many benefits but it’s not true. There are no benefits of sugar for your health, they only harmfully affected your body. When you eat food or drinking cold drinks which have too much sugar they lead to harmful disease which affects your body. Sugar doesn’t have many benefits for the human body it only births a harmful disease. Following are effect sugar which leads due to having a more quantity sugar;

Eating sugar in more quantity leads to harmful disease which doesn’t have any affected solution. Consumption of added sugars has been implicated in an increased risk of a variety of chronic diseases including obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease also cognitive decline and even some cancers.

These all are the harmful disease which doesn’t treat completely by anyone or any medicines. If these diseases are leads on you then you have to medicines for whole life.

Sugar is more harmful to the body because your body starts fat gaining which is one of the most important causes of harmful disease. Less added sugar can lower those levels and may help stop weight gaining. If you get more than 20percent of your calories from added sugar, even if you’re at a healthy weight you may be able to lower your heart disease risk when you cut back. Also if you eat more sugar a fat gain in the lung which is more dangerous.

Sugar also affected your blood cells and immune system. A high level of sugar in your body lower the white blood cells functions and make a weak your immune system. If you consume 100 grams of sugar, then it reduces the ability of your white blood cells to function by 40 per cent. Which cause thousand of diseases and weakness in your body. A weak immune system means an unhealthy body. So always try to avoid sugar.

Only a minimum quantity of sugar is needed for your body as a carbohydrate. Your body does need carbohydrate which is broken down into sugar in your body. This sugar is essential for your body to create energy to survive. However, it is not necessary to include sugary foods or added sugars in the diet for your body to make energy. A carbohydrate is gain by food in your body so don’t try to take an added sugar or adding in a diet.

Summary

Sugar is not important or beneficial for your body. They only have some harmful effects which are most dangerous for your body and health. honey is better than sugar, honey has a lower GI value because of which not raise blood sugar level quickly. Also honey is sweeter than sugar. So try to avoid sugar and add honey to your daily routine.

Added sugar only makes food delicious there are no benefits of added sugar. They only cause the fat in your body and lungs, also make a weak immune system and you a value of the healthy and fit body. So always try to avoid sugar and do not use added sugar.
